What is the Corflute Sheet?
The corflute sheets (also called corrugated plastic sheets, fluted plastic sheets, coroplast sheets etc.) are extruded from the PP (polypropylene ) or PE (polyethylene, or called polythene) resin. The sheet has a similar corrugated structure as the paper cardboard, but its flutes are rectangular. The density of the polypropylene is about 0.9 g/cm3 which is one of the lightest plastic material. With this hollow construction plus the light material, the sheet has a very important feature of light-weight.

The corflute sheet has the inert chemical property with a neutral PH value of 7. The material of PP or PE is non-toxic, odorless. These characteristics let the corflute sheets be the perfect material to make plastic boxes to store foods like fruits, vegetables.
